As the Regional Vice President, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the profitability of the region and ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. You'll lead long-term planning, drive financial performance, and contribute to our overall business strategy. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a busy and thriving area.
- Serve on the Regional leadership team for a large, distributed branch-based commercial/industrial refrigeration services business and contribute to defining the strategic priorities for rapid growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with the President and executive team to set company goals, KPIs, and benchmarks.
- Work with the CFO and finance team to set budgets, forecast needs, and oversee expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Partner with the SVP of Operations to integrate acquisitions successfully and ensure operational synergies.
- Identify talent requirements in sales and operations, mentoring the team to exceed goals and strengthen sales competencies.
- Grow business opportunities for the current customer base and expand the company's footprint in new markets.
- Standardize, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and procedures across the branch network.
- Drive the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and strengthen internal communications.
- Provide strong organizational leadership and champion company-wide initiatives.
- Develop a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative organizational culture.
- Promote a culture of safety commitment beyond compliance with industry standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Lead the branch network to deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems effectively.
- Provide direction and thought leadership, fostering an inspired and cohesive branch network.

Skills, Education, and Competencies
- Minimum of 10 years of industrial services and modernization experience.
- Proven experience managing a P&L of over $150M with advanced knowledge in HVAC/R, Mechanical, and/or High-Skilled Labor industries.
- Strong leadership abilities in a decentralized environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Region and to our Corporate Office in Glendale Heights, IL.
- Honest team player with a growth-oriented mindset, committed to doing whatever it takes safely.
This region covers Texas and Louisiana - we prefer candidates to live near our Dallas or Houston branch.
Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
