What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer position at Acts Fleet Maintenance?
We’re looking to add a reliable skilled laborer to our team!
In this position, you will complete a variety of maintenance tasks. It will be your job to ensure that those tasks are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible. The work that you do each day can change based on our needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial and residential properties.
- Ability to preform carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical duties.
- Operate minor equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
- Communicate with management on ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical or related field is a must.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work individually.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and be punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
