Duties

- Operate hand tools and power tools as required for various construction or maintenance activities.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of structures or equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction or labor tasks.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
