Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Admissions Coordinator in our skilled nursing neighborhood. In Dunedin, FL
The Admissions Coordinator completes the admissions process in the Skilled Care Center (SCC) in accordance with Acts policies and procedures. Communicates new admission information to all necessary departments involved in the admissions process. Coordinates admission of resident from hospital, home, or other Acts community. Communicates all applicable information to hospital and insurance carriers including Medicare information, verifications and referrals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience within the geriatric healthcare field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task

Pay Range
$20.60 - $25.82 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.Salary : $21 - $26
