Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Nutritional Well-Being Program Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, competent evidence-based nutritional therapy that meets the standards of practice and the scope of practice as stated by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Works with the residents to develop individual nutrition goals in collaboration with the healthcare team. Works closely with community, regional, and corporate team members and task forces to develop, implement, and support multi-faceted well-being programs that inspire and motivate residents to enhance their overall lifestyles by developing positive nutrition habits to reach their personalized well-being goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Foods & Nutrition
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and state licensure, if required to practice in the state where employed
- Wellness coach training or certification is strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a CCRC, healthcare, clinical, or wellness setting, specifically related to counseling and wellness presentations
