Residential Remodeling Field Coordinator

We at Actuate Improvement seek a driven and detail-oriented Residential Remodeling Field Coordinator to lead our residential remodeling projects. This role requires technical knowledge of the trades, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. The ideal candidate will embrace our proven process while bringing their passion, adaptability, and unique problem-solving skills to each project.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Project Leadership: Manage every aspect of assigned projects, from scheduling and budgeting to quality control, ensuring timely and exceptional outcomes.
• Client & Subcontractor Relations: Build strong, professional relationships with clients and trade partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
• Adaptability: Navigate the dynamic nature of the remodeling industry with flexibility and a can-do attitude, making sound decisions while staying aligned with Actuate Improvement’s guidelines.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with lead carpenters, subcontractors, and the Production Manager to coordinate labor, materials, and schedules, ensuring seamless project execution.
• System Adherence: Respect and follow the structured processes established by Actuate Improvement, ensuring consistency and quality while finding ways to enhance efficiency.
• Continuous Learning: Stay engaged with evolving industry trends, tools, and techniques, applying new knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Site & Office Balance: Split your time between the office (for scheduling, materials coordination, and communication) and project sites (for inspections and on-the-ground management).
