Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential remodeling projects from the production stage to finish
• Maintain accurate project schedules and updates
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients once a project begins
• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, clients, and team members
• Conduct at least two site visits per week per project
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site readiness
• Monitor labor efficiency and quality through daily logs and inspections
• Submit labor requests and coordinate with the Production Manager
• Review and update Buildertrend daily (schedule, logs, to-dos, messages)
• Ensure subcontractors are scheduled, prepped, and held to quality standards
• Manage project details to align with contract scope and approved changes
• Keep all communication and documentation within Buildertrend
• Balance time between office work (minimum 15 hours/week) and job sites
• Support Actuate’s systems while bringing initiative, adaptability, and professionalism
• Coach and support project team members with the tasks you assign them
