Department: Metals and Minerals
Report to: Department Manager
Salary: $80k-$100k DOE Bonus
FLSA Status: Exempt
Start: March 2025 ~
Essential Job Functions:
SOURCING
1 Performs research on new suppliers.
2 Develops and proposes new sourcing strategies to affiliated group Metal Teams.
3 Communicates and negotiates with suppliers for prices and terms of contracts.
4 Checks goods qualities/conditions by checking samples or by visiting suppliers.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1 Maintains relationship with existing and prospective customers. Performs sales promotions to existing and prospective customers.
2 Negotiates with customers/prospective customers for products sales.
3 Develops sales contract.
4 Communicates with Sales Assistants for executed sales activities.
5 Communicates with customers or other related parties to resolve product sales issues as needed.
6 Collects account receivables
7 Manages customer’s credit line.
MARKETING / SUPPORTING
1 Performs market researches including competitors and suppliers information.
2 Reviews and analyzes information from end users to seek their price ranges, needs and specification requirements.
3 Plans and attend trade shows.
4 Assists Sales Assistants and other members for their sales and marketing activities as needed.
5 Checks and approves documents including contracts developed by sales assistant.
6 Submits monthly or weekly sales reports to supervisor.
7 Performs quantitative analysis such as simulating price terms.
OTHER & MISCELLANEOUS
1 Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
2 Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and other senior management.
3 Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
4 Reports all irregular issues and problems to management and works to resolve those issues.
5 Maintains good communication with other staff & outside contacts.
6 Complies with all company policies and procedures.
7 Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
8 Submit expense reports in timely and correct manner.

Requirement
-Valid Driver's License
