We are seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Duncan, South Carolina location.

As Retail Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of an individual retail location. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you implement effective sales strategies, lead your team to achieve inventory control, margin, and sales targets, and establish a positive rapport with customers, vendors, and other employees to achieve team and position-specific goals.
- All aspects of Daily Operations
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures such as purchasing, inventory, invoicing, payroll, etc.

- Assigning tasks, overseeing sales, and customer relations.
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

- Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotions; studying trends.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Other store and sales duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 2 plus years of management/supervisory experience in a sales-intensive eCommerce/retail industry
· 2 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred
· Fork-lift experience highly preferred
· Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
· Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry, software systems)
· Excellent communication skills (documentation, listening/reading/writing)
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Provide a positive, friendly collaborative attitude in team environment
· Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $58,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
