JOB PURPOSE :
Acuity Knowledge Partners is looking for a seasoned sales hunter, to sell consulting & outsourcing services to North American Banking & Capital Markets organizations. The candidate must possess a strong hunting and sales acumen with a good track-record of originating, qualifying and closing deals in the banking sector. Prior experience having sold into the North American banking institutions is required as is familiarity with outsourcing / offshoring.
To be successful in this role the candidate should have good knowledge of the banking and financial services landscape, be a strong sales hunter and develop strong client relationships. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and establish long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Run high quality Enterprise sales cycles which includes :
- Identifying and initiating new opportunities by prospecting new clients
- Qualification and generating demand at clients and prospects
- Creating compelling value propositions mapped to client business needs
- Negotiating and Closing deals.
- Own quota to be attained by selling to new client accounts and by leveraging ones earlier relationships for selling consulting & outsourcing services in areas of
- Investment banking
- Commercial lending origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, credit risk, loan operations & treasury management
- Sell-side investment research and research operations
- Middle office operations
- CFO support & back office operations
- Sales enablement & marketing operations
- Risk & compliance
- Data & technology services
- Pitch to the front office COO / Head of Corporate Banking / Chief Credit officer / Chief Risk Officer / Chief Compliance officer / the CXO level to build a broad vision of strategic long-term partnership.
- Qualification and generating demand at clients and prospects.
- Creating compelling value propositions mapped to client business needs.
- Negotiating and Closing complex agreements.
- Attend industry events and conferences representing Acuity Knowledge Partners.
- Leverage network to make senior connections at regional and global banks.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline information to management.
- This position requires travel.
