Job Overview :
Acum Connect is seeking a Cashier / Customer Service Representative to manage customer transactions, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent service in out New Orleans office. This role involves multitasking between cashier duties and customer service support.
Job : Full time
Salary Range :
16.50 - $27.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle cash, credit, and other transactions accurately.
- Provide receipts and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products or services.
- Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
