Pay Range:
$19.50 - $29.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Prepare and process client documentation as required, adhering to company protocols.
- Support the client onboarding process, helping new clients integrate smoothly into our services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
