About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to support our marketing, branding, and visual communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating visually compelling content, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, across a full spectrum of communication channels and formats. As part of our in-house design team, you will report to and partner with the Associate Creative Director while collaborating across the global Marketing and Communications team, and other internal stakeholders, to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand standards and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and design a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website graphics, decks, and email templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content for campaigns and editorial content.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for various projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends and software updates to maintain a high standard of work.
Skills & Qualifications
The salary range for this Senior Associate level role is $64,000 to $74,900 USD and is eligible for overtime plus a performance-based bonus. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will be benchmarked at the Associate level pay band of $60,000 to $64,000 USD. This range represents the present low and high end of pay range for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience. Acumen has equal pay, so pay is determined through comparison to a cohort of employees in the market at the same level of accountability.
