We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with experience in structural project management to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. In this role, you will manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely results. How You Will Make an Impact…
- Managing the entire construction project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Developing project timelines, track progress against milestones and deadlines, and provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Managing and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster effective communication across project teams.
- Overseeing inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with structural codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinating project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Identifying project risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Controlling project costs, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance.
- Managing project changes and scope creep, ensuring that they are documented, communicated, and approved by the client.
- Maintaining updated the project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project completion records.
- Managing project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and project turnover to the client.
What you need…
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in structural project management or construction management with a focus on commercial interior build outs projects for retail/hospitality clients.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
