We are seeking a full cycle Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Acumera’s rapid growth. As part of our People Operations team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, refine recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
This role requires expertise in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with necessary information and preparation resources.Process Improvement
Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and scalability.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing to promote Acumera's employer brand across social media and career platforms.Organize and participate in job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events to attract passive talent.Create engaging job descriptions that reflect Acumera's culture and attract high-quality candidates.Onboarding & Collaboration
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Provide feedback and coaching to interviewers on best practices and candidate assessment techniques.Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on hiring progress.Requirements :
Preferred Qualifications :
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for both technical and non-technical roles.Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms effectively.Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.Experience recruiting for cybersecurity or SaaS companies is a plus.Perks of Acumera
