We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Manager specializing in Digital Marketing Analytics to join our team in the Banking / FinTech industry. This is a critical role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, industry experience, and leadership capabilities. You will lead a team of 5 offshore members and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing performance across paid search, paid social, addressable digital, and website analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute analytics strategies to optimize performance across digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, addressable digital, and website analytics .
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to align analytics insights with business goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of 5 offshore analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficiency.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through advanced analytics and reporting.
