Position Summary
The Field Supervisor of our Electrical & Appliance Department is responsible for a wide range of field management, reporting, and coaching activities. This role serves as the direct report for our Electrical & Appliance Installers, ensuring consistent improvement in field performance, including installations. Success in this role means utilizing KPIs to create action plans for incremental improvement. The Field Supervisor will keep the owner informed of all pertinent information while engaging and collaborating with team leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, train, and hold accountable the Electrical & Appliance Installers, using the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) as a guide for evaluating work.
- Ensure fanatical customer service in the field, particularly in interactions with Builder Superintendents to build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Drive improvement in delivery, installation, and removal quality produced by the Electric & Appliance Installers.
- Assist in priority situations and handle emergencies in your area as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with Good Record (Min. 5 Years)
- Our insurance company will NOT allow us to onboard anyone without a (5-Year Continuous Clean Record).
- Master Electrician Certificate (Required)
- 2-4 year Management Degree (Preferred)
- NDA Non-Solicitation Agreement required upon hiring.
- Ability to work in outdoor elements and perform manual labor.
- Willingness to learn, respectfulness, and punctuality with consistent attendance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently after training.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Management/Leadership Experience.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM (end time varies).
- Optional weekend work available.
