Acupuncture and Wellness of the Palm Beaches is a unique, quaint environment for healing, rejuvenating and inspiring wellness. Our focus is on quality holistic medical and esthetic care that supports the community of Wellington and surrounding areas of Palm Beach.
We’re looking for a clinical assistant to support our busy, multifaceted, patient-centered acupuncture and wellness clinic.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on patient care, preparing herbal formulas, cleaning and preparing treatment rooms, setting up treatment services (herbal steams, foot detox or soaks etc), helping with marketing and social media to more mundane things like vacuuming and wiping down door knobs, assisting the front desk staff etc.
An ideal candidate is a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in both a a fast and slow-paced environment. One who can follow directions with ease and might be considered as one of those persons that learns easily and can do just about anything, as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. Someone who enjoys socializing with patients, making them feel like they are the priority. You are authentic, outgoing, have an interest in holistic health and are ready to commit to a long term working environment with a great group of women.

- A flexible schedule that may range up to 20 hours a week including day, evening or weekend schedule and possibly group community events.
