Acura of Melbourne is seeking a Service Receptionist. This position will require excellent telephone, computer, and customer service skills. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers and complement the Service Advisors and Service Manager to give our guests the best experience possible. You must be able to work well with a team. Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering service phone calls, cashiering, scheduling appointments, updating customers on their service, personally directing customers to proper location, and maintaining great customer and employee satisfaction.
Hours will vary based on schedule.
Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is preferred.
Proficient computer skills are required - all Microsoft Office applications are a must.
Summary
