Acura of Melbourne is seeking a Service Receptionist. This position will require excellent telephone, computer, and customer service skills. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers and complement the Service Advisors and Service Manager to give our guests the best experience possible. You must be able to work well with a team. Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering service phone calls, cashiering, scheduling appointments, updating customers on their service, personally directing customers to proper location, and maintaining great customer and employee satisfaction.

Hours will vary based on schedule.

Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is preferred.

Proficient computer skills are required - all Microsoft Office applications are a must.

Summary

As a Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite. You will manage phone communications, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain an efficient office environment. Your ability to handle multi-line phone systems and your experience in clerical duties will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.
