The Director of Investor Relations supports the CFO and CEO and is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive investor relations strategy and framework.

Responsibilities
- Understand the organization's short- and long-term strategies and evaluate past financial performance relative to future projections.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor relations framework in collaboration with CEO, CFO, and relevant Board members.
- Own key reporting deliverables and report them on a regular basis including but not limited to: comparable company performance metrics relative to Acuren, quarterly reporting messaging Q&A, key investor list and contact frequency plan, sell-side analyst list,
- industry research, trade show target list, etc.
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and any other issues that might affect the business.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings, investor meetings, and conference call preparation.
- Work with ELT on value creation strategies.
- Develop investor confidence and belief in the organization's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through positive and responsive 1-1 communication.
- Work with finance team and legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory matters.
- Oversee the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.
- Responsible for external communication planning and execution.
- In the short term, manage the relationship with our external IR support team, ICR. Lead the transition to a fully in-house IR capability within 9 months Other work duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience working for or serving public companies.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Expert in investors relations and public accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, timely, and responsiveness is key.
- Experience with M&A, valuation, private equity management, and stock coverage

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office environment with limited physical effort, continuous mental effort, and frequent complex requests for assistance.
- The position is a hybrid of office work and the ability to work remotely from time to time.
