Acuuis IT is a fast-growing managed IT services company based in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our team in a hybrid role, working both remotely and in the field to provide exceptional IT support to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls from our help desk and provide remote support
- Create, update, and manage support tickets within our system
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients
- Provide on-site IT support as needed
- Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and network issues
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions effectively

- A flexible and resourceful troubleshooter who enjoys hands-on work
- Tech-savvy with experience in computers, networking, or IT support
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- No formal education requirements—just a strong willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Qualifications:
- Help desk or IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Previous experience in a customer-facing IT role
