Director, Accounting & Special Projects

What you will do :

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Serve as a financial leader within ACV, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounting. This role will involve leading a team, coordinating with leaders from other departments to achieve key business objectives, and executive-level presentations and interactions.
• Own the development and maintenance of technical accounting policies for ACV in all areas, including but not limited to Revenue Recognition under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; this will include development of new policies for new product offerings.
• Oversee the recurring accounting work for areas of technical complexity.
• Own the Company’s unit economics reporting and participate in presentations of such information to stakeholders (Board of Directors, Executive Management, Investors). Distill key business insights from unit economics to influence key business decisions.
• Serve as a key member of the financial due diligence team on acquisitions and play a key role in financial integration and subsequent accounting for acquired companies.
• Support the Controller in achieving timely and successful completion of external audits
• Support efforts to raise debt and or equity capital from investors.
• Coach and develop members of the Accounting team, promote ACV culture, and support the development of a world-class Accounting department.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need :

Compensation : $154,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
