- Oversee and coordinate daily lot activities, including the organization, storage, and movement of vehicles
- Lead, train, and motivate teammates to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or team members
- Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve operational goals and maintain smooth workflow
- Address any issues or discrepancies with lot operations and proactively resolve them
