Who we are looking for:
The lot lead person is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lot, ensuring efficient and organized management of vehicles, and leading a team of associates in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to meet company objectives. The lot lead will be the key point of contact for ensuring that all vehicles are properly organized, accessible, and ready for the sale.

What you will do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee and coordinate daily lot activities, including the organization, storage, and movement of vehicles
• Lead, train, and motivate teammates to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or team members
• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve operational goals and maintain smooth workflow
• Address any issues or discrepancies with lot operations and proactively resolve them
