The Detail Admin is responsible for coordinating vehicle detailing operations, ensuring timely completion of services, and maintaining accurate records of work orders and inventory. This role also involves communicating with managers and employees to resolve issues and ensure high-quality standards are met.

- Communicate with Mechanic Shop Manager on progress of employees work performance.
- Coordinate bringing completed details from the shop, and place vehicles in the proper location, Correctly closing open work orders.
- Maintain monthly storage inventory.
- Inventory any personal tools brought in by employees.
- Communicate with Recon Manager regarding any issues involving procedures, equipment and other miscellaneous concerns. Work together to find resolution.
- Ensure vehicles getting washed and vacuumed take no more than 15 minutes per vehicle and full details take no more than and hour and half.
- Conduct final Quality Control on all completed vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures. Actively participate in support of all safety activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Full Detail Manager and / or Recon Manager.
