What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Sales Marketing Manager position at ACV?
Who we are looking for:
The Senior Marketing Manager will work within ACV’s marketing team and partner closely with our sales and go to market teams to drive engagement on the ACV platform. Additionally this role will manage the core of the ACV Auctions remarketing center marketing strategy, building a process to connect all of our physical locations and ensuring marketing is consistent, on brand and relevant to end customers.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Work closely with partners in sales to strategize and develop segmented campaigns to drive increased sales volume
Manage campaign strategies to achieve sales goals related to marketplace efficiency
Program manage all marketing requests from the sales team delivering on tight timelines
Provide guidance to the marketing team on sales marketing best practices and tactics.
Perform light analysis of campaign results and utilize data to optimize future campaigns
Oversee ACV Remarketing Center marketing strategy and execution, working closely with RC teammates in each market to approve and deploy marketing materials
Manage sales promotions with outside sales teams, coordinating with salesforce team to ensure promotions and enrollment are tracked and executed flawlessly
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5-7 years of experience in sales marketing or a related position
Experience working in Salesforce
Comfortable with self-serve data – experience with analytics, including using business intelligence to optimize campaigns.
Strong-structured, process-driven mindset, with a focus on building for scale
Experience working closely with sales to develop customized campaigns
Past experience working cross functionally with sales to build marketing strategies
Strong understanding of B2B marketing programs across conversion, cross-sell, upsell, and retention
Proactive, self-directed and strategic thinker
Detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $82,000 - $102,000 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
