Ad Astra Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Autism Support Specialists or Behavior Therapists (BT) to join our team in a new 5000 square feet ABA therapy center. BTs will play a pivotal role in shaping our center's clinical direction, working closely with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care for the kiddos we work with. As a Behavioral Therapist, you'll work hand-in-hand with a skilled clinical team to implement impactful interventions for clients with autism between the ages of 2-6. Your direct, one-on-one therapy sessions will be the catalyst for positive change, transforming the lives of those you work with. Duties
- Work alongside a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles (we provide all necessary training and skills)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism in our center
- Monitor and track client progress
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as BCBAs and therapists, to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress

Requirements
- Minimum education level required is High School diploma
- No need for certification, we will pay for your training and certify you!
- Must be available full time.
