Program Finance Analyst
We are partnering with a private equity-backed defense manufacturing company to hire a Program Finance Analyst. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in government projects. The role can be based in either Boston, MA, or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain program on a timely basis with accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, cost, funding, gross margins, cash flow, and programmatic risks
- Monitor costs on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct cost accounts
- Provide cost analysis and Earned Value Management System (EVMS), support to Program Manager and Control Account Managers (CAMs)
- Prepare financial contracts data requirements list (CDRLs) for timely delivery
- Interface with the program team to develop and status schedule requirements, including updates as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in the defense industry
- Microsoft Excel (pivot table and database analysis), Word, and PowerPoint
- 2 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle; familiar with downloads from ERP to Excel for analysis
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
- Experience working on government projects
Salary: $90 – 110k PA
