- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budget and prior-year figures, identifying key drivers.
- Assist in financial forecasting efforts, incorporating business inputs to refine projections.
- Analyze operating expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives where applicable.
- Monitor logistics and freight costs, collaborating with vendors to optimize expenditures.
- Maintain and update full-time equivalent (FTE) data in financial systems.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to generate reports and dashboards, enhancing financial visibility.
- Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with global subsidiaries to consolidate and analyze financial data.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1 year of corporate finance experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
