- Develop and present weekly forecasts and reporting packages for senior leadership based on actual performance, trends, hiring plans, and strategic projects
- Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis, comparing actual results with plans, collaborating with business partners to understand core drivers
- Work with business and finance leaders to facilitate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting through financial modeling, analysis, and decision-making support
- Oversee month-end close activities by partnering with accounting to track forecast variances and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analyses that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field
- 1 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong business insight with an understanding of essential business drivers
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills and familiarity with core accounting principles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Motivated self-starter eager to learn and develop within a team setting
- Effective communicator able to collaborate with colleagues across departments and organizational levels
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/Snowflake and Tableau is a plus
