We are an established yet still growing practice looking for someone who is ready to join a team that provides full service patient care. The perfect candidate will have dental customer service experience and a commitment to providing an incredible patient experience. This position will be primarily communicating face-to-face with patients in our office with additional follow up phone responsibilities.
You must be comfortable presenting treatment plan options and handling the financial part of every transaction including securing payment plans and collecting payments.
There will also be a dental assisting component, helping to take radiographs, be present in consults, take impressions, be a part of the denture steps and overall experience for the patient.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with running all operations of this dental practice
- Presentation of treatment plans
- Explanation of financing options
- Answering and handling phone calls
- Schedule optimization
- Check patients in/out
- Building strong relationships with patients
- Effectively and efficiently manage patient lobby while maintaining professional standards, and ensure that all
interactions between the doctor, staff, and patients run as smoothly as possible
Qualifications:
- Dental front office experience (including patient scheduling), preferred
- Dentrix experience, preferred
- Financing experience, preferred
- Assisted with presenting and discussing treatment plans
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Experience handling dental office finances (i.e. accounts receivable, billing, records)
- Open to cross-training in all aspects of the day-to-day operations; including dental assisting
- High School Education or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
