Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to commercial customers.
- Manage complex billing processes, ensuring all billing issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and handle collections professionally.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivables transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and NetSuite for efficient tracking and reporting.
