FleetForce is hiring a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Bradenton, FL.
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will assist our Accounting Department as it receives, processes, and collects on services rendered. In this role, you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected.
FleetForce is one of Florida's oldest and largest CDL Truck Driving schools and opening locations all over the state. FleetForce specializes in the development and implementation of customized CDL training programs for our corporate partners across America who want to aggressively expand. FleetForce is a licensed third-party CDL Test Administrator for the State of Florida, and we offer refresher courses for those looking to brush up on their driving skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES : (not all-inclusive)
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions by adding new accounts, preparing quotes and invoices, processing transactions, and posting bank deposits in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Manage all VA related requirements including invoices, payments, verifications, and audits.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers. Work with Student Service Coordinators to collect weekly payments from students for payment plans.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing paperwork.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Regularly generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Working with the Director of Accounting to review accounts and customer payments.
- Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
