Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $42 per hour

We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee construction projects within local/state government or school district settings. This role involves managing project engineers, contractors, consultants, and other staff to ensure high-quality project completion on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will provide leadership through the planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring cost efficiency and effective project tracking.

• Manage and oversee construction projects within local/state government or school districts.
• Direct project teams, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Ensure project quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
• Monitor and track project costs to maintain budget compliance.
• Provide guidance during planning, design, and construction phases.

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on construction field experience in structural construction or a related systems trade.
• Prior experience in budget management is preferred.

• PMI training and PMP certification are highly desired.
