Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a CPA firm in Sarasota. This temporary position will be responsible for handling front desk duties, ensuring smooth daily operations during the busy tax season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and coordinate client tax form drop-off and pick-up appointments.
- Greet clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
