Temporary Receptionist – CPA Firm

Sarasota, FL

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Temporary (through May 1)



We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support a CPA firm in Sarasota. This temporary position will be responsible for handling front desk duties, ensuring smooth daily operations during the busy tax season.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate client tax form drop-off and pick-up appointments.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
