Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Job Description: We are seeking an energetic teammate to join our team as a temporary Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, and managing incoming communications.
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to callers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with Scheduling appointments, meetings, and installations.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other light administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems and printers.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office management.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m Monday through Friday with some flexibility allowed. The position is temporary but may lead to a full-time position in the future.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
