About Us:
We are a leading staffing agency in Florida seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work out of our office in Bartow, FL. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment efforts by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless communication process
- Send out job offers, schedule onboarding and pre-employment physicals
- Maintain and update recruitment tracker for reporting and compliance
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Attend Hiring Events and Job Fairs as needed
- Recruiting as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar coordination role is preferred but not required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative/clerical position
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.
- Someone who is excellent at following up with both job seekers and managers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in all aspects of work, specifically email correspondence
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work on-site at the Bartow office
