- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers with transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Use phone etiquette and maintain professional communication at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.
