**Job Overview:
The Ada County Highway District is now accepting applications for the position of Traffic Management Coordinator in the Congestion Management Department.
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual pay range of $95,472 - $143,313, DOQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities and staff of the Traffic Operations Department.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of engineers and technicians in the Congestion Management section of the Traffic Operations Department.
- Prepare and manage fiscal budgets for the section and assist in preparing funding proposals.
- Oversee the design and construction of ITS, TMC operations, and other traffic control system projects.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Traffic Engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to supervise the work of engineers and technicians.
