Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Materials Control Supervisor to oversee our receiving and stock departments and processes, ensuring seamless material storage and flow from receipt to production. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and developing inventory control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving and stock department personnel and equipment.
- Manage material storage, flow, and inventory tracking throughout production.
- Provide daily reports and updates to operations leadership.
- Drive process improvements in inventory control, utilizing software and barcoding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of inventory management experience.
- Strong background in inventory transaction reconciliation and cycle count processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- On-site position—remote work is not available.
