Project Assistant
A key role is available for a Project Assistant at the Ada County Highway District in the Boise, Idaho area.

Primary Responsibilities:
- The Project Assistant assists Project Managers during project scope, design, right of way acquisition, and construction.
- They aid in establishing schedules using project management software and confirm accurate data transfer.
- The incumbent ensures project quality, consistency, and effective documentation.
- They track and report monthly reports for the Capital Projects Department.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer operations, financial applications, and project management software.
- Good knowledge of project management principles, electronic file transfer methods, and basic record retention practices.
- Standard high school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and training.
