We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Leadworker on our Adams Grade Crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of workers in the performance of various maintenance tasks including chipsealing, fog sealing, and asphalt paving/patching.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in roadway construction and maintenance, as well as the ability to operate all equipment associated with the performance of assigned tasks.
