- Strategically source suppliers and implement cost savings / manage costs for commodities under your control – including direct materials and indirect services.
- Implement solutions to supply chain problems to ensure delivery of quality products
- Provide support to purchasing functions across ADAC and its business partners.
- Manage and support escalation of critical issues for your team.
- Develop sourcing strategies for the commodities under your control
- Develop risk management practices to ensure consistent supply of quality parts at the
- Oversee supplier scorecards and address performance issues as necessary.
- Implement and support staff training and individual development plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 6 years of Purchasing / Supply Chain experience, automotive industry experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
