GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Adagio Health is seeking (1) experienced, part-time
Graphic Designer
for its Pittsburgh, PA office. The position is a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Develop eye-catching digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, infographics, presentations, posters, and email templates
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Optimize designs for ADA accessibility, readability, and user engagement
Marketing & Message Crafting
Translate complex healthcare topics into simple, compelling visuals
Work with the marketing team to develop visual storytelling strategies for campaigns
Support advertising and outreach efforts by producing engaging promotional content
Revisions & Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with marketing goals
Accept and integrate feedback into multiple rounds of design revisions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Innovation & Industry Trends
Stay up to date with design and marketing trends-especially in healthcare and nonprofit sectors
Recommend new tools and strategies to improve visual communication

What We're Looking For
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in marketing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors)
Portfolio required showcasing creative work in print, digital, and branding projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and email marketing design
Strong creative thinking, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
