ROLE DESCRIPTION
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bloomington, IN is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. We will teach you to be a risk advisor and uncover customer needs. We are looking to add someone with a winning and competitive mindset. Please take into consideration, this position will require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Managing incoming calls ad customer service inquiries
- Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
- Claims Submission
- Billing Clarification
- Work with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
