DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Creating a welcoming experience for customers walking into our office
- Delivering a positive first touch in person and over the phone
- Build client relations through clear and concise communication
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Claims Submission
- Billing Clarification
- Offer outstanding customer support
- Work with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
