Oracle Fusion Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Developer to join the team. This is a technical role requiring extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Systems and experience in developing custom solutions, particularly in HCM and ERP environments. You will be working with a team on the Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) project and helping build custom reporting and dashboards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic project with a focus on custom APEX development, API integrations, and troubleshooting ticketing issues related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP systems.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom APEX applications, including creating and modifying workflows and customer tables.
• Work on custom reporting and dashboard creation as per customer requirements.
• Handle ETL development processes and utilize related tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Implement API integrations and manage data flow using web services.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical issues, particularly around payroll systems and reporting.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless integration, leveraging various OIC adapters and orchestration patterns.

Top Required Skills:

• Senior-level experience with Oracle Cloud Systems Development (HCM and ERP).
• Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI, including ATP, APEX, and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience in custom builds for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Extensive knowledge in API integrations and web services.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and JQuery (including integration with HTML, JavaScript).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components, adapters, and orchestration integration patterns.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with custom reporting and dashboard creation in Oracle systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues related to payroll systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong technical abilities with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to tackle projects independently.
• Good communication skills, but this is a non-customer-facing role.
• Research-oriented and proactive about learning and training.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.42 - $62.72 per hour
