Mid-level Resource- Responsibilities
- Implement a new performance evaluation form for the management employees and other current performance review forms
- Solution architect/technical lead to assist in all aspects of this implementation
- Project preparation, requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint, hands-on functional configuration
- Assist with HCM software selection, implementation, Testing, and configuration.
- Assist with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Simplify and automate the performance management process
- Develop custom reports (if needed),
- Test script development, testing and documentation
- Training of functional staff
- Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff (development, security, basis resources) and Human Resources staff on a project team
- Analyze as-is processes, advise the city on best practices, create new route map(s) and form template(s), complete a configuration workbook, set up Role-based permissions, and train business administrators based on new requirements.
- Work with the City’s ERP staff to provide maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist with preparing training materials, including teaching clients how to utilize the system.
- and have work experience and knowledge of innovative solutions for core HR and payroll, time and attendance, talent management, and employee experience management.
- Must have a solid financial background.

Government experience is a huge plus
