Adam & Eve in Reno is looking to hire motivated, enthusiastic retail associate who is always willing to learn and always have fun! This part time position includes helping educate our customers and gain product knowledge on a plethora of items. Our store is a fun environment that emphasizes education for both our customers and employees. We are looking for someone that can work between 3 & 5 days per week that is available to work afternoons shifts (11a-5p) and closing shifts (4p-11p) during the week and weekends and eventually morning shifts (10a-4p). You must be dependable, have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Merchandising products
-Taking inventory
-Ability to be comfortable discussing and being around adult content
-Keeping store tidy and orderly.
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience
-Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
-Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
-Effective communication skills to engage with customers
-Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
-Familiarity with POS systems and retail math
-Ability to upsell products and conduct product demonstrations
