Job Responsibilities
· Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
· Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims or products by following established agency processes and procedures.
· Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
· Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
· Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Accepting and processing customer payments.
Job Requirements:
- Full time in office position in Cold Spring, MN. Monday – Thursday 8:30-5. Friday 8:30 – 3.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
· Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
· Previous office experience, able to multi task and take direction from agency management.
· A valid driver's license.
· Hold an active Minnesota property and casualty license. If not currently licensed the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
· Compensation & Benefits
· Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
