The Service Consultant Assistant is an entry-level position, but we want to develop your talents and help advance your career, possibly as one of our Service Consultants.
If you are ambitious, excel in customer service and have a desire to serve your community, we’d like to meet you! Substantial experience in a customer service or customer-facing sales role will be required if no previous experience in the auto industry.
No two days are the same here, the Service Consultant Assistant is a dynamic role. The primary duties for this position include greeting guests, taking them through the check-in process, answering phones, setting appointments, receiving incoming parts and providing Service Consultants with general support.
You’ll succeed in this position if you :
- Have a positive attitude, not easily frustrated by challenging situations.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to provide top-notch customer service.
- Operate with a teamwork focus and invest in relationships with coworkers.
The Service Consultant Assistant is a full-time, hourly position with the rate of pay starting at $18 / hr and up, depending on previous experience.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to provide a Motor Vehicle Record are required.
